Sweet Boy!
You are 1 1/2 years old today. My mind can not fathom where the time has gone. Sometimes I wonder if you being this small was just a dream!
I love these days, though. Your little personality is coming out and it is so precious! You don't talk a ton, but you sure don't miss a thing.
You love to mimic what you see. Whether it is telling one of the girls "Go!" and pointing your finger towards the bathroom (when they should be brushing their teeth) or telling yourself "No, no!" when you are about to do something you shouldn't, you bring many smiles to our faces!
You have an imagination, too! The other day, I walked into the playroom and you were feeding a stuffed bear some pretend tea. You opened your mouth when you put the spoon to the bear's and then you said "Mmmmm!" after the bear "ate/drank" the bite. We can tell you "get" things like that...pretending comes natural to you.
You love to snack and eat meat...a boy through and through. You move so much these days that you haven't gotten too much bigger - you were 24 lbs. 15 oz. last week. Your feet though keep growing...they look like Flintstones feet! You wear a 6 to 6.5 wide! Your littlest sister just wears a 9! Ha! You wear a size 4 in diapers and size 18-24 months in clothes.
You still love to read and you have started singing songs with and for us. Not surprising with sisters who sing all of the time! You love Secret Agent Oso and will play with those toys forever in your room! You also love Sesame Street and making the sounds of the characters. Yesterday we got a package in the mail - some new Oscar the Grouch shoes from Stride Rite. You have carried those around all day, speaking in your "Oscar" voice. Too sweet!
You liven our days, Caboose. We all jump up every day to see your sweet smile and see what new tricks are up your sleeves! We love you and can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds!
